253 million visually impaired people around the world may benefit of the B2bot fully autonomous assistive smart-devices to grasp an insightful and contextual meaning of their visual surroundings during their daily life, such as reading a letter or differentiating an orange juice from a grape juice in the local store department.

B2bot’s View Assist, the mobile solution for blind and visually impaired people, is the fruit of state-of-the-art deep learning technologies meeting advanced computer vision: it can detect then recognise persons, animals, objects, texts and obstacles.

The smart glasses supported by a mobile phone application makes it possible to understand then verbalise the visual surroundings of users, from their points of view, back to their ears.

An optional appliance, designed with a French public research laboratory, further accelerates the visual detection to provide the right information at the right time during mobility.

This unique modular solution, co-developed with visually-impaired people, offers an intelligent assistance to support the users during their everyday life.
