FISIOTEK 3000GS
Model 3000 GS allows to mobilize the knee and hip through a flexo-extension movement.

The equipment moves based on the correct adjustments made according to the patient’s femur length, which is required before positioning the limb.

It can be used in the rehabilitation of limbs having a femur length between 32 cm and 49 cm.

The equipment can be programmed using its programming console or floating keypad. With their new graphics containing lots of self-explanatory symbols, both programming options provide high clarity of image and complete user friendliness. By programming the functions, it is possible to meet various rehabilitation requirements, for a tailor-made, more effective action.

Programming console: the console programs the Fisiotek functions. The user-friendly display provides great image clarity, also thanks to the graphic symbols that increase clarity, as they can be understood intuitively.

MOTOLIFE BASIC
The device can be qualified as motorized stationary cycle-ergometer for the movement of the lower limbs. It includes a computerized control system which allows to perform a cycling exercise by pedalling with the lower limbs from a sitting and semi-reclined position. It is possible to access the device while sitting in the patient’s own wheel chair. The device is made mainly by a metal structure for the frame which contains the motor for the lower limbs. The frame is also the support for the computer unit with a touch screen display from which it is possible to manage all the functions. It is also the support for the large handlebar for support and transport. In the case there is no residual motorial activity for the lower limbs, MotoLife® allows a passive pedalling motion, in which the feet and the legs are passively pulled by the motor at a given pre-set speed (passive kinesitherapy).

MotoLife® is suitable for home use as well as for clinics, medical Studios and other institutions and it is adequate for passive, assisted or active kinesitherapy. It can adapt itself automatically and in real time to the conditions of the user.

Product category: Rehabilitation equipment and devices
WALL MOUNTED ROTA
It is a device for performing shoulder and elbow maintenance exercises in the event of fracture outcomes, less serious impingement syndromes and arthritic stiffness. It consists of a wall-mounted metal frame featuring a height-adjustable wheel depending on patient’s size or the exercise to perform.

The device is fitted with a handle and knob that allow a wider range of exercises compared to the “Lapidari’s wheel” from which it derives.
Patients can work both sitting and standing, start their active exercises in free mode and then, by means of a clutch, gradually apply a greater resistance. Using this instrument enables the therapist to avoid the most repetitive work while the cooperative patient performs the activity in total safety.
The “Rota” comes complete with a manual and videotape that show a series of exercises.

A set of accessories can be ordered (code AC0711 Set of Accessories) to increase the variety of exercises offered by this aid.

Product category: Electro-therapy equipment
TCARE
This new device, unlike the Tecar and Endotherapy electro-medical devices, allows the physiotherapist to use simultaneously two treatment methods, combining the resistive/capacitive energy transfer and the diffusion of the active agent (where prescribed by the physician), with a hand piece called ROLL-ON (patented).

Product category: Electro-therapy equipment
SHOCKWAVE COMPACT
Compact equipment for table use that provides high energy transportation of sound wave energy transmitted through the skin’s surface and diffused radially in the body in the painful area.

INDICATIONS:
The shock wave method is the preferred treatment for chronic insertion tendonopathy, characterised by poor vascularisation of the bone-tendon joint, where physiotherapy treatment (infiltration and laser therapy) has proved ineffective. These are the main pathologies treated with shockwaves:

Elbow – epicondylitis, epitrochleitis
Shoulder – insertional tendonopathies, impingement
Knee – patellar and “goose’s foot” tendinopathies
Pubis – adductor tendinopathies (pubalgy)
Ankle – achilles tendinopathy, calcaneal apophysis

FIELDS OF APPLICATION:

Orthopaedics
Rehabilitation
Sport medicine

Product category: Electro-therapy equipment
SHOCKWAVE – ExcellentLine
Trolley-mounted equipment that provides high energy transportation of sound wave energy transmitted through the skin’s surface and diffused radially in the body in the painful area.

You can select the protocol’s work in relation to the branch application, the anatomical region to treat pain, disease and procedure to be applied:

Branch: The shock wave therapy is used in various application fields such as orthopaedics, rehabilitation, sports medicine and aesthetics. ShockWave allows to identify the best protocols based on fields of application.
Anatomical region: According to the anatomical area of the body, the operator can select the most appropriate therapy.
Disease: In this section will list all the protocols for use with ShokWave.
Procedure: A practical and easy manual application of shock wave therapy, based on four basic steps: 1. Location of the area of pain to the touch; 2. Selection of therapy parameters (manually or using the default programs); 3. Application of the gel; 4. Start therapy shockwaves.

INDICATIONS:
The shock wave method is the preferred treatment for chronic insertion tendonopathy, characterised by poor vascularisation of the bone-tendon joint, where physiotherapy treatment (infiltration and laser therapy) has proved ineffective. The principal pathologies for which shock waves are used include:

Elbow – epicondylitis, epitrocleitis

Product category: Laser therapy equipment
FISIOLASER IRD – Plus Line
Laser therapy equipment with 1 output. Automatic treatment time setting according to the energy to be provided and the area selected. Smart card included. Laser wavelength 905 nm. Smart card included.

This type of device is used with single-diode or multiple-diode handpieces which are directly put on the skin for the therapeutic treatment. Choosing the laser technology, based on the emission by diodes is motivated by its greater efficiency when considering energy, its longer working life and a simpler maintenance if compared to other technologies which have similar therapeutic results. Twelve different handpieces are available (optional accessories). They are interchangeable and their difference is based on the number of diodes (1-8) and the nominal power transmitted by each diode (25mW – 100mW) up to a maximum of 800 mW for an area of up to 5 cm2. Each handpiece not only has the afore mentioned diodes for therapy emissions (905nm), they also guarantee a perfect pointing of the therapy by the presence of a guiding light generated by other two pointing diodes which generate a visible red light.

The devices propose some pre-set protocols with the recommendable fluence rate for each type of treatment. The operator is free to adjust the treatment time or the frequency, according to the area to be treated and the power of the handpiece in use, in order to convey the fluence rate necessary for the treatment. These devices are provided with secret access code and security key (Interlock), as established by law.
