Microcatheters
ENKI is the ideal structure for the development and manufacturing of customized microtubes, microballoons, and microcomponents.

To offer this, technology and knowhow are the binomium needed to be on the cutting edge of FEA engineering and designing, rapid-prototyping of customized medical and electromedical devices, and microcatheters. Innovative devices can be developed thanks to a long-lasting cooperation with Italian and foreign Research Centres.

ENKI has been manufacturing catheters for oncology, gynecology, assisted fertilization, hemodynamic, tracheotomy, pneumology, urology, endoscopy, neurosurgery radiology, (electrified and not).

Microballoon
ENKI manufacture customized medical balloons.
ENKI designs balloons in different shapes, hardness and materials like thermoplastic rubber, silicon and polysoprene.

We use different procedures: dipping, with elastic expansion; and blow-moulding. We support our client from the design of prototypes with pilot moulds till mass production.

An ISO 6 –ISO 7 – ISO 8 Clean Room is entirely dedicated to balloon prototyping and manufacturing.

Microcomponents
ENKI has a department dedicated to moulding Micro‑Components.

ENKI takes care of designing moulds and follows their development from engineering to production, from FEA, rapid-prototyping up to production.
ENKI is there to give advice and assistance to the customers during prototyping of:

connectors
valves
and whichever other plastic component
