We are specialists in Biodegradable Medical Devices Design and Prototype Development.
HydrUStent has developed and patented several technologies in the urology and gastroenterology field. One of our products is a biodegradable polymeric ureteral stent that reduces treatment costs in 60% and avoids the needs of a second surgery.
We offer medical device engineering services that go from early concept to preclinical pilot batches (in-house Clean Room ISO 7). We will evaluate your idea and its clinical need (together with key opinion leaders) and we will take care of prototyping, in vitro testing, animal testing, clinical testing and scale-up manufacturing.
We have also developed a patented technology for compound impregnation in medical tubing (post-manufacturing process).
