About Us

Profile
For more than 20 years we have been supporting companies in the conception and development of new products as well as in the optimization of manufacturing processes.

From a ceramic dental implant to a wound therapy device or dentist’s chair, we have developed a wide variety of products and acquired knowledge from many different technologies. Together with our parent company Marenco AG, we are a team of 40 employees (designers, engineers and production specialists).

Product development / Development process
In the development process, we focus on the needs, goals and expectations of the stakeholders (customers, users, employees, etc.). These are considered and harmonized during the product design. This results in solutions that are based on human needs and capabilities and not solely on the technical possibilities. In principle, we pursue a holistic approach in our projects – whether in the evaluation or optimization of existing products or the user-centered redevelopment of interactive systems.

Simulation / Finite-Element-Analysis / Worst-Case-Analysis
The finite element analysis is an important tool in the field of mechanical product development. It provides a significant contribution to decision-making in the early stages of design and thus the creation of competitive products. This can actively influence the costs and throughput times during product development. With the help of worst-case analysis, the necessary tests for obtaining product approval can be reduced, thus saving costs.
