Uterine Balloon Tamponade (UBT) Catheter consists of a water-filled balloon inserted into the uterine cavity to apply pressure to the walls of the mothers’ uterus to stop excessive bleeding after delivery thus providing a simple, rapid, affordable and effective way of managing PPH (postpartum haemorrhage).

UBT catheters have been widely used for bleeding following caesarean sections, in cases of placenta praevia and accrete, post-abortion care, and induction of labor.

The company is recognized for its efficiency and integrity in business along the years and the management has developed a wide global network of suppliers and buyers who have continuously supported the business till now.

The professional knowledge accumulated throughout the years has enabled the management to explore further into the field of medical science and technology. In 2015, Omni Star (M) Sdn Bhd has started its own catheter dipping plant in Batu Pahat, Johor with a factory set up of 10,000 sqft equipped with state-of-the-art technology production lines and skilled work force.
