A-PRP For Scars & Acne Marks
Platelet Rich Plasma injections rely on a technique both simple and safe, using the regenerative and healing properties of platelets.
They have the ability to locally release growth factors, small molecules that act as messengers to initiate the process of skin regeneration.

Injections of A-PRP into the dermis, support, accelerate and increase the tissue regeneration process.
A-PRP stimulates the synthesis of the different components of the extra cellular matrix (including glycosaminoglycans, collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and fibronectin). A-PRP induces stem cell division and differentiation, and stimulates neoangionesis.1, 2

RegenExtracell Adipocytes
Autologous fat grafting is considered to be an ideal filler, as adipose tissues contain an abundant source of regenerative multipotent cells (preadipocytes, mesenchymal stem cells, etc.).

To diminish partial resorption of FAT, A-PRP is mixed with the harvested fat cells.

Large quantities of growth factors (PDGF, TGF, IGF, EGF, VEGF, FGF) involved in stem cell proliferation, differentiation. Fibroblast and endothelial cells contribute to fat graft survival.

CELLULAR MATRIX
A-PRP: the patient’s platelet concentrate prepared with CellularMatrix, provides an autologous resevoir of growth factors from the patient’s blood.

A revolutionary innovation combining two treatment concepts in one.
Platelets are key factors in hard and soft tissue repair mechanisms 1. They provide essential growth factors, such as FGF, PDGF, TGF-ß, EGF, VEGF, IGF, which are involved in stem cell migration, differentiation and proliferation. Additionally, platelets also stimulate fibroblasts and endothelial cells to induce new extracellular matrix deposition and neo-vascularisation respectively.

Plasma contains many factors essential for cell survival including nutrients, vitamins, hormones, electrolytes, growth factors (such as IGF and HGF), and proteins. Among the plasma proteins, the molecules vital for the coagulation process and for the fibrin polymer formation will serve as a scaffold for cell migration and new tissue generation.

About Us

Company details
Since 2003, Regen Lab SA has been committed to the development of a unique expertise for the design and manufacturing of high-quality medical devices, intended for cells therapies and for the preparation of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the patient’s own blood, to be used in bedside procedures.

Regen Lab SA manufactures several CE-marked products to fit to medical disciplines where PRP represents a treatment option. Patients can expect very good outcomes for the treatment of their chronic and surgical wounds, dry eye syndrome and other ophthalmic conditions, sport-related wounds and even alopecia, as demonstrated through the clinical studies Regen Lab has set-up over the past few years.

In the last five years, over 2 million patients have been treated using Regen Lab products and another 10 thousand have benefited from bone marrow stem cell kits. The company invested in a new Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility located at the Mont-sur-Lausanne (canton of Vaud) beginning production in 2017. It is planned that this new peak performance industrial platform will allow the treatment of over 1 million patients per year.
