Our Ethylene oxide (ETO/EO) sterilizers/autoclaves are tailor-made industrial equipment from 4 Euro pallets until 32 Euro Pallets, and are especially developed for pharmaceutical and medical devices industries.
They are designed and manufactured with state-of-the-art components and high technology to ensure the personnel and process safety. Those equipment fulfil any international standards and especially ATEX regulations to guarantee a high level of safety.

RSD is a Spanish company located in Barcelona, and expert in ethylene oxyde sterilization. We design, manufacture, qualify, program and install high-quality ETO sterilizers based on advanced technology and innovation.
Our ethylene oxide sterilization equipment are especially designed for medical devices companies and pharmaceutical industries. We offer comprehensive turnkey solutions, fulfilling the cGMPs guidelines and meeting the most stringent regulations and standards from Europe, USA among others. We have also developped our own control system (SCADA) to achieve a high quality product and to ensure the process safety.
As ETO sterilization specialists, we propose also several services focused on sterilization process.
