Based on our expertise honed over the quarter century since our foundation, we are able to mold in shapes and dimensions that are too challenging for other suppliers, including automated manufacturing, using our proprietary molding tools and equipment. We support the development of products from planning to final production, such as cannula tubing and others where coils are not exposed, endoscopic balloons, and more. We also succeeded in molding tubes with a thickness of less than 100μ using medical grade silicone.

Established in 1982, we have been involved in resin molding and
processing for over a quarter of a century, using immersion molding techniques such as dip molding and dip coating. We mold medical grade thermoplastic resins such as PVC and silicone, as well as natural and synthetic latex, acrylic, and various other resins according to the customer’s products and requirements.
