Our incubator can do more for your company.
SUPERA Incubator, one of the anchors of the Technology Park, houses startups and further the integration between them and brazilian established companies and international companies that provide technology-driven solutions. It supports businesses in creating new business, providing basic infrastructure for the endeavor, Consulting, training, and networking opportunities.

Our main objective is to provide the tools and solutions to create, develop, and improve companies across such domains as technology, strategy, positioning in the marketplace and Human Resources management. The result has been recorded in the socioeconomic development of Ribeirão Preto and the surrounding area, by creating new job opportunities, in the expansion of the technological districts and in the acceleration of startups in Brazil.

Clusters
The SUPERA Park is a meeting point of two regional Clusters: Health and Software.

A Cluster is a geographical concentration of companies that relate to each other within an industry. Its goal is to make them more competitive in the market in which they operate.
To be considered a Cluster it is not enough to have a significant number of companies in the same industry. It is necessary that they relate to each other and to public and professional institutions. These are the features of the kind of governance that focus on development strategies of sectors, bringing the following benefits:

Increased supply of skilled labor
Development of a collective knowledge for that business area

Fipase, along with Sebrae and respective business associations, participates in the governance of two Clusters: Health and Software (Piso). Both are recognized by state and federal governments, and have partnerships abroad. This allows tight integration with the Technology Park, forming a space of networking, technology services, training and business.

Fipase
Fipase is the entity responsible for managing SUPERA Park and its anchors, such as the Technology Center and the business Incubator. The organization is recognized as an institution of Science and Technology which is also part of the governance of the Health and Software Local Productive Clusters (LPCs).

Was created with the goal of promoting local and regional socio-economic development by supporting technology-based companies. As Ribeirão Preto has always been recognized for its Health vocation, Fipase’s task was to stimulate the business environment in this area.

Over time, new industries such as bioenergy and information technology have become important for the region. From this new perspective, Fipase ceased to foster only the health business and began to support various segments of technologic base.

About Us

Company details
SUPERA Park is an innovative environment that promotes knowledge transfer in several types of activities. It is responsible for attracting and retaining technology-based companies, with noteworthy mention to the Health, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Bioenergy industries. Supera is the result of a consortium between the University of São Paulo (USP), Ribeirão Preto City Hall and the Department of Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation of the State of São Paulo.
